RAI Realty Services, Inc., a sister company of RAI ( Romeo Z. Geroy & Associates, Inc), is a Cagayan de Oro City -based business process outsourcing firm engaged in providing realty services in the Visayas-Mindanao areas. Our group is composed of former bankers with diverse expertise.
RARSI is a Property Consultant and Management firm that specializes in Asset Disposal, Management and Valuation Advisory. Our firm is situated in Mindanao particularly in Cagayan de Oro City which people consider as the gateway to Mindanao and most strategic location since it is easily accessible to Cebu, Dumaguete, Bohol, Bukidnon, Davao, Cotabato, Iligan, Ozamis, Pagadian and other areas in Mindanao.
We are a customer and performance driven real estate services firm responsive to the diverse needs of today’s sophisticated clients. We tailor-fit our services to address certain need of our clientele and we gauge our performance with industry averages as our benchmark.
We are a SEC Registered company with Registration No. CS200628461 dated 29 June 2006. RAI Realty Services, Inc. as a juridical entity, is a DTI licensed Real Estate Broker and Appraiser with license nos. REB-2007-10-0440(N) and REA-2008-10-0028(N).
We offer various real estate services such as Title Bulk Consolidation, Ownership Enforcement (WOP), Asset Management, Real Estate Appraisal, and Survey/Relocation services.
We also do Property Auction (Service) Management for Banks who need assistance in disposing off their foreclosed properties. Property Auctions are a means toward fast and efficient liquification of assets. Recent auctions conducted by Banks have suggested that this method of disposal is cost effective for the selling Bank and accelerates closing of transactions, which would normally take months to consummate.
We are presently the Property Auction Consultant & Manager of Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) for their Visayas and Mindanao properties. We have conducted six(6) auctions for the Bank in Cagayan de Oro(2), General Santos, Bacolod, Davao, and Cebu Cities. We have sold over 158 properties via auction and have a 50% sales hit/turnout which is higher than the Industry average of 20%.
RARSI is the Asset Manager and exclusive Marketing and Sales arm of Philippine Investment 2, a subsidiary of Lehman Bros. Asian Investments for their Visayas and Mindanao properties.
The Firm also has an active engagement with the Star Accounts Management Services, Inc. and Philippine Investment 2 (SPV-AMC), an SPV firm thru Capital Servicing Advisors Phils., Inc. to do Bulk Title Consolidation of their VisMin properties.
They are asset valuators of Bahay Finacial Services, Inc.(BFS). Bahay Financial Services, Inc. a pioneering multi-national mortgage servicing platform that combines functional competencies in Mortgage Finance Origination and Credit Underwriting, Loan Servicing, Default Management, Property Management and Secondary Market Development. RARSI also have an Appraisal contract with Rural Bank of Oroquieta (RBO).
