Asset Portfolio Management encompasses all aspects of the disposal, management & leasing. This service is appropriate for Bank’s or Investment Firms that owns a substantial number of assets whether residential, industrial, agricultural or commercial, or such other real properties the bank or investment firm wishes to dispose.

The main services can be summarized as follows:

1. Acts as the exclusive Marketing/Sales Arm in the disposition of Asset Portfolio Under Management in the designated areas.
   
   
2. Locate appropriate client/tenant and document sale or lease agreements &/or negotiations
   
   
3. Establishing a database of all assets both owned and acquired.
   
   
4. Property Profiling
   
   
5. Arrangement of insurance appraisal and appropriate cover, and payment of insurance premiums and realty taxes.
   
   
6. Enforcement of Lease contract provisions/lease contract administration.
   
   
7. Response to tenant queries and complaints.
